Methyl Sulphonyl Methane MSM, Methyl Sulphonyl Methane is a naturally occurring sulfur compound. It is a natural source of sulfur. Sulfur exists in every cell of our body and is found in animal protein food such as fish, meat, milk and also in fruit and vegetables.
