Drinking more of water
and less of other beverages may lower your risk of having a heart attack
One needs to take at
least 8-9 glasses of water daily. For those living in hot climate and
doing strenuous work require more.
Drinking more
water may also help patients of heartburn, arthritis, backache,
migraine, colitis, asthma, high blood pressure, adult-onset diabetes,
raised cholesterol, muscular dystrophy.
Decrease in water
intake may cause increase of fat deposits and the an increase of water
intake may have opposite effect.
