Herpes Zoster

Recurrent grouped vesicles seen on the lips, nose and parts of the face or genitalia. Fever may be present.

Treatment : Topical and systemic Acyclovir.

Groups of vesicles on erythematous base seen unilaterally along the distribution of a nerve. Neuralgic pain present.

Treatment : Topical soothing agents, systemic steroids, topical and systemic Acyclovir.
