Why are angry people at higher risk for Heart Disease ?

Because, Anger Triggers production of Harmful Chemicals. It was known that angry people are at a higher risk for heart diseases, but researchers at Ohio State University in Columbus have shown that angry people have higher levels of a chemical called Homocysteine, which has proved harmful to the heart.

      Homocysteine can damage the walls of arteries, which can contribute to the buildup of plaque, the fat that clogs arteries
