Molluscum Contagiosum

Superficial pustular lesions with yellow crusts seen on the face and extremities.

Treatment : Cleanse with soap and water. Topical and systemic antibiotics.

Thickly crusted and ulcerated lesions seen usually on the legs and heal with scaring.

Treatment : Local cleansing and topical and systemic antibiotics.

Single or multiple, dome shaped waxy papules with umbilication.

Treatment: Electocautry; chemical cautry; curettage.
