Lichen Planus Purplish, flat topped papule on flexor aspects of forearms, trunk and extensor aspeccts of legs.Oral mucosa may be involved. Treatment : Topical steroids, systemic steroids and antihistaminics. |

Neurodermatitis Thickened weldefined pruritic patch seen on the neck, forearm, scrotum. Emotional stress may be present. Treatment : Topical steroids, antihistaminics and tranquilizers. |

Urticaria Elevated reddish wheals with or without swelling eyelids or lips. Treatment: Elemation of offending agent. Antihistaminics, calamine lotion. |
